Amy is a global B2B leader, with nearly 20 years experience commercializing and scaling innovation from early stage to Exit.
Amy’s operational experience is across all of GTM, focusing on Customer / Client acquisition, growth and retention in Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Account Management. She has built successful enterprise relationships from transactional to strategic, and built the teams that support and grow them.
Her leadership experience spans across teams of all sizes as the organization grows and readies for Exit. She has deep experience hiring and building client growth and retention teams from 0 to scale, creating career growth and development strategies for employees, and ensuring diversity plays a critical role in team success and innovation.
Amy has also been known to spin up businesses of her own. During her undergraduate years at Cornell and her time at Dartmouth getting her MBA from Tuck, Amy launched different products to bring to market and brings the founder experience with her to every CEO and leader she supports.
Now, at HAANWorks Amy has founded a practice where her work with clients is not purely advisory, rather hands-on: working directly with customer facing leaders and teams.
